tiger painting

this is so dedicated to RandomRemix ( [link] ) for her awesome art trade and i feel i shorted her, so here's an all out oil painting! the whole thing was painted after 9 p.m. so that I could completely control the lighting effects. the picture taken by the camera sucks, so sorry. the main point was the subtle fiery yellow light that lands on the tiger, not the tiger, and it doesn't help that you can't really see that subtle light change... It is minimilism, not laziness. And art teachers be damned i love to put random things floatig off in negative space on my canvases and papers!
